Foreclosures Continued.....
So Dude... you are soooo screwed!
Sorry about that.
I can't attribute the quote but it is one of my favorites!
"Success is how high you bounce when you hit the bottom."
How do you deal with the humiliation, embarrassment, social censure,
whining kids, boarded up windows, smart ass remarks?
I'm not the one with the psychology degree but I can tell you that you
will experience all of the symptoms of grieving. Anger, denial, et
all. Finally as you move your family to a clap board rental,
you'll have to find the strength in your character and start all over again.
You don't have a choice, you must and will survive!
What I can tell you might seem perfectly obvious. Don't make the
same stupid mistake again.
Find yourself a LOCALLY owned bank! Ours (Heartland Bank) was
formed by a group of people who had previously worked at banks that were
taken over by huge conglomerates. I happen to own stock in this bank
(it was a gift from dad - I'm not that savvy). Move all your money to
this bank and establish a personal relationship. They will have likely
credit counselors on staff and they will tell you it will be more than
several years before you recover from this. Do what they tell you and ......
to be continued.
